HOUM® Fan
Thank you for purchasing our product. The provision of free service is guaranteed by Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. for the HÖUM® Fan products within 24-months (2-years) from the purchase date, however they are subjected to terms and conditions as listed below:
- All accessories packaged together with the HÖUM® Fan products are not warranted – except for our HÖUM® Smart Fan models X12, C6 and C8, in which the unit’s Remote Control is warranted for a period of 12-months (1-year).
- The motor parts of the HÖUM® Fan products are now warranted 60-months (5-years) effective from the date of purchase. This warranty claim also backdates to 1st January 2023, therefore any fan purchase made from 1st January 2023 onwards will now have a valid 60-months motor parts warranty.
- This non-transferable warranty card is not replaceable in the event of loss.
- This warranty becomes null and void if at any time during the warranty period any part of the machine has been dismantled, changed, or repaired by any person other than an authorized technician from Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. or its authorized dealerships.
- Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. and its authorized dealerships will, at its option and without charge, repair or replace the defective components or parts of the product on the condition that customer brings the product to the HÖUM® Fan authorized service centers within the warranty period. Any parts replaced under this warranty shall become property of Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. and shall be returned to the company.
- This limited warranty is invalid when the factory-applied model and serial number has been altered, modified, or removed.
- The warranty on any replacement products will be limited to the unexpired term of the warranty on the original product.
- Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. may refuse to attend to any product installed in locations that may be inaccessible (such as out of service coverage areas) and/or hazardous to its service agents in any way.
- To the extent allowed by the applicable law, no other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to the product. Under no circumstances will Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. be liable for any loss of profit and special, indirect, or consequential damages sustained in connection with the product.
- The HÖUM® Fan products purchased from authorized online marketplaces shall share the same warranty for products purchased offline from authorized stores/dealerships.
Please note: You are required to present the warranty card together with the purchase receipt for your free warranty service; failing which Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. and its authorized dealers shall reserve the right to decline any warranty claims. A standard rate shall be chargeable to all services provided which is determined by Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd., and applies to all authorized dealerships.
This warranty shall not apply should the product becomes defective due to the following:
- Defects caused by the attack of household pests, fire, lightning, natural disasters, flood, pollution, abnormal voltage, or the usage of generator.
- Products damaged due to Acts of God, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modifications; operation of the product contrary to the instructions contained in the product manual; or attempted repair by any other than our service technicians at our authorized service centers.
- Product damage caused by improper testing, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment, or alterations of any kind.
- Product damage caused by the usage of non-genuine spare parts or accessories.
- Cosmetic damage of any kind.

HOUM® Superdryer
Thank you for purchasing our product. The prov1s1on of free service is guaranteed by Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. for HOUM@ SuperDryer products within a limited time from the purchase date, subject to terms and conditions as listed below:
- This non-transferable warranty card provides this HÖUM® SuperDryer unit a limited warranty coverage over a period of:
i. Twenty-four (24) months for Residential Installation.
ii. Twelve (12) months from Date of Purchase for Labor and Service.
iii. Six (6) months for the LED Panel.
iv. Twelve (12) months for the unit’s Remote Control - This non-transferable warranty card is not replaceable in the event of loss.
- This warranty becomes null and void if at any time during the warranty period any part of the machine has been dismantled or changed, or repaired by any person other than an authorized technician from Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. or its authorized dealerships.

- Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. may refuse to attend to any product installed in locations that may be inaccessible (such as out of service coverage areas) and/or hazardous to its service agents in any way.

Thank you for purchasing our product. The provision of free service is guaranteed by Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. for HOUM® OriSpray Nano Atomizers within a limited time from the purchase date, subject to terms and conditions as listed below:
- This non-transferable warranty card provides this HOUM@OriSpray Nano Atomizer unit a limited warranty coverage over a period of:
i. Six (6) months.
ii. Six (6) months from Date of Purchase for Labor and Service. - This limited warranty applies to HOUM@ OriSpray Nano Atomizer products purchased from Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. or authorized dealerships for domestic use in Malaysia only.
- This limited warranty is invalid when the factory-applied model and serial number has been altered, modified, or removed.
- This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that arise from normal usage within the warranty period. Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. and its authorized dealers will at its option and without charge, repair or replace the defective components or parts of the product on the condition that customer brings the product to HOUM@ ‘s authorized service centers within the warranty period. Any parts replaced under this warranty shall become property of Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. and be returned to the company.
- The warranty on replacement units will be limited to the unexpired term of the warranty on the original nano atomizer.
- This warranty card is not replaceable in the event of loss.
- Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. may refuse to attend to any product installed in locations that may be inaccessible (such as out of service coverage areas) and/or hazardous to its service agents in any way.
- To the extent allowed by applicable law, no other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to the product. - Products damaged caused by improper testing, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment, or alteration of any kind.
- Products damaged caused by usage of non-genuine spare parts or accessories.
- Cosmetic damage of any kind.
- All accessories packaged with HOUM@ OriSpray Nano Atomizer units are not
warranted.
HOUM® Ventilation
Thank you for purchasing our product. The provision of free service is guaranteed by Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. for HOUM® Ventilation products within a limited time from the purchase date, subject to terms and conditions as listed below:
- This non-transferable warranty card provides this HOUM® Ventilation unit a limited warranty coverage over a period of:
i. Twenty-Four (24) months for Residential Installation.
ii. Twelve { 12) months from Date of Purchase for Labor and Service. - This limited warranty applies to HOUM® Ventilation products purchased from Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. or authorized dealer ships for domestic use in Malaysia only.

- This non-transferable warranty card provides this HOUM@ Automatic Dispenser unit a limited warranty coverage over a period of:
i. Twelve ( 12) months.
ii. Twelve ( 12) months from Date of Purchase for Labor and Service. - This limited warranty applies to HOUM@ Automatic Dispenser products purchased from Gard Inc. Sdn. Bhd. or authorized dealerships for domestic use in Malaysia only.
- This limited warranty is invalid when the factory-applied model and serial number has been altered, modified, or removed.
- This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that arise from normal usage within the warranty period. Gard Inc. Sdn.
